Modelled as a classical rotunda, the domed top with bands of running foliate scroll enamel mounts, with conforming ornament to the bases of the part reeded columnar supports, on stepped circular base with toupie feet, the diale with black painted Roman chapters and enamel centre, with twin barrel movement striking on a bell, conforming ornament to twin jar mercury pendulum -- 18½in. (47cm.) high
