Persian manuscript on paper, 4ll. of large black nasta'liq divided by lines of smaller script, in clouds on gold and floral ground, gold margin, red and gold border, Persia, signed by Muhmmad al-Bahari(?) and dated AH 970/1562-3 AD, (some rubbing, spotting and general wear) - 22.3 x 14.5cm.; another, 5ll. of gold naskh on blue scrolling vine on pale pink paper, gold rosettes between phrases, gold ruled divisions between lines, headings in blue in illuminated panels, signed and dated AH 1238/1822-3 AD - 18.5 x 14cm.; and another, 8ll. of black naskh in clouds on gold ground, four written upside down, a dividing band of gold scrolling vine, red, gold and blue borders, dated AH 1239/1823-4 AD - 16.8 x 11.5cm., all mounted, framed and glazed (3)
