Album containing fifty hand-tinted albumen prints, each approx. 8 x 10 in., titled and numbered in the negatives, tissue guards, the photographer's credit K. Kimbei Photographer...Yokohama stamped in ink inside front cover, black lacquer boards with two inset panels on front cover, ivory and gilt onlay depicting a woman standing by a lake, with butterflies, grasshoppers and fireflies on back cover, oblong 4to., cloth box (broken).

This album has an exceptionally fine binding and includes views of Yokohama harbour, Theatre Street, Yokohama, views of the cherry blossoms at Noge Hill, Main Street, Tokyo, Uyeno Park, 'Horikiri iris flower garden at Tokio', 'Wisteria at Kameido', Fujiyama from Hakone Lake, and a view of the Kyoto rapids.
