THE EARTH and its Inhabitants.
A 1¾-inch (4.5cm.) diameter terrestrial miniature globe, made up of twelve hand coloured engraved gores, the equatorial and ecliptic both ungraduated, the continents coloured in outline, no Antarctic coastline shown, with a folding hand coloured engraved sheet depicting the world's inhabitants in 32 panels with titles in English, German and French (slight discolouration to a few panels, the colouring smudged on one), the strip 55in. (140cm.) long, 2in. (5cm.) high, attached internally to the blue paper covered box with printed label to lid (box a little soiled)
