Designed as an articulated lace-work ribbon bow applied with old mine-cut diamond foliate detail and rose-cut diamond borders set with a central cushion-shaped ruby weighing 5.32 carats, circa 1860 (five diamonds deficient)
With certificate 31706 dated 25/3/1998 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin and shows no indications of thermal treatment
