The arched and moulded cornice, centred by a ribbon-carved pot shelf, supported by scrolling flowerheads, the frieze fitted with two panelled cupboard doors, inlaid with vases issuing flowersprays, with birds resting on acanthus scrolls and flower-filled cornucopia, similarly inlaid to the reverse and enclosing a chevron lined shelf, fitted with two drawers, the bombé base fitted with three long graduated drawers, inlaid with further panels of cornucopia issuing flowersprays, between keeled angles, the shaped apron on hairy paw and ball feet, the sides inlaid with further panels of vases issuing flowersprays, restorations
