The side-dish Meiji period
The side-dish modelled as a fish, details carved on the interior, raised on a short cylindrical foot encircled by a key-pattern band below four stylised waves, four character inscription on the base, 25 cm long; and a blue and white saucer painted in the Kakiemon-style with a bird hanging upside down from a bamboo branch within a double-line roundel (polished rim), 17.4 cm diam.
