Persian manuscript on paper, 59ff. with 11ll. of elegant black nasta'liq arranged in two gold-outlined columns, titles in gold, within gold margins, opening bifolio within gold clouds embellished with polychrome flowers, and with gold and polychrome iluminated heading, with three miniatures depicting Khusrau and Shirin at school, Prince Khusrau hunting and at battle, final folio signed Muhammad Shirazi and dated 953, water staining, slight losses and restorations, in Qajar lacquer cover with a girl on horseback
