A GEORGE III MAHOGANY CLOTHES-PRESS
The moulded serpentine cornice above a pair of panelled doors enclosing hanging-space above a pair of simulated drawers and a long drawer and on shaped bracket feet, the hanging-space adapted down into the two short drawers, the hinges and locks replaced and the hinges visible on the surface of the sides, the interior of the top drawer inscribed in ink 'No 18'

This press has the same pattern of handle as on several of the mahogany writing-tables and on the pair of commodes (lot 302).
