The inverted bell form beaker on tongue-and-dart banded spreading base, the body engraved with three-quarter length portrait of Napoleon within oval, and engraved above Bonaparte 1 Consul--4in. (10.7cm.) high; the set comprising a folding two-prong fork, knife and spoon with gilt bowl, each engraved 'N' within crossed wreath, the handles decorated with scrolling foliage and birds, the spoon--6in. (15.8cm.) long, in fitted, red velvet lined, leather case (2)
