Cast, shaped circular, on four spreading fluted supports, with gadrooned, rocaille and shell broad rim, one end extending to form upraised handle, part decorated with matted foliate scrolls, with fluted and decorated urn form socket, with later chained extinguisher of same form (unmarked, not weighed)--8in.
