Circa 1740, blue crossed swords marks, indistinct Pressnummer to stand, painted in the manner of Adam Friedrick von Lwenfinck
The hot-milk jug of fluted baluster form, with puce scroll moulded spout and wishbone handle, the domed cover with branch finial, painted with fabulous beasts among trees and flowers in a stylised landscape, the hexafoil stand similarly decorated, the rim moulded and gilt with shells
