Lot Essay

Unlike Inguimberty, Tardieu would much prefer to work in his atelier and was very well versed in pedagogy. His emphasis was on the general composition of the work, with simpler forms but tasteful in colours.
Among the students of the early classes, Le Pho, Mai Trung Thu, Vu Cao Dam, Le Thi Luu, Luu Dinh Khai and Luong Xuan Nhi were very much under the inflence of Tardieu.
