A CARNELIAN AGATE DOUBLE-GOURD-FORM SNUFF BOTTLE
PROBABLY PALACE WORKSHOPS, BEIJING, 1780-1840
The translucent, brownish-red stone is carved in relief with two descending bats on the upper body and two ascending bats on the lower body.
2 ½ in. (6.4 cm.) high, stone stopper
