A COMPOSITE GERMAN LEFT-HAND DAGGER
Partly circa 1600
With tapering blade of flattened-diamond section, short hollow-ground ricasso, a pair of drooping quillons with swelling tips formed with small button finials, a ring-guard between, faceted egg-shaped pommel, and later leather-covered grip (pitted).
