A DUTCH EBONISED LIMEWOOD AND PINE HALL SEAT
In the manner of Daniel Marot, early 18th Century
The pierced scroll back with wheat ear cresting, vase and lambrequin ornament with basket of flowers and foliate scrolls, with similar pierced scroll sides with finials and solid seat with later velvet cushion seat, the seat rail with drapery ornament on pierced scroll end supports, with foliate carved panels, possible reduced in height
52in. (132cm.) high, 73½in. (187cm.) wide, 16¾in. (42.5cm.) deep
