Attributed to David Wolff, circa 1787
The generous funnel bowl with the half length portrait of Stadholder Willem V, Prince of Orange, wearing a sash and the Order of the Garter, inscribed HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PEN (sic), within an oval cartouche of flowering and fruiting orange, above clouds, on multi-knopped faceted stem and conical foot
