The reeded spreading lid with acanthus finial, the front with strapwork cartouche with various coats-of-arms and inscribed SKANDINAVIA/1899-1924, above a pierced scrolling frieze, the rim signed F. BARBEDIENNE to the top, the reeded body with paterae joined by foliate garlands, on a spreading stem, square base and toupie feet
