The hood with swan-neck pediment, short trunk door, the plinth raised on bracket feet, the 11½in. square painted Roman dial with later hour hand, arch date aperture, signed Geo.e Pain/STOW, pinned directly to four pillar movement with anchor escapement and outside countwheel strike on bell -- 80in. (203cm.) high
