Mongolia, 18th century
Seated in dhyanasana on a lotus base with beaded rim with hands folded in his lap, wearing elegantly draped robes secured with a belt, adorned with bracelets, a necklace and heavy earrings, the face with finely modeled features and an inlaid silver urna, the hair piled into a high chignon and secured with further jewelry, all ornaments inset with hardstones, the face with cold gold and polychromy, the base with a copper seal and stamped with a gilt double vajra
