A Highly Unusual Pair Of 15-Bore Rifled Flintlock Turn-Off Pistols

With cannon barrels cut with eight grooves, engraved with bands of foliage, and with mouldings at the muzzle, and with pan, steel and steel-spring at the rear, each barrel released by the sprung sliding trigger-guard, signed border engraved actions, moulded figured walnut butts (minor defects), and silver dragonesque side-plates (one broken), foliate escutcheons, and grotesque mask pommels (iron parts with some wear and minor pitting), London proof marks
