A LONDON DELFT DATED ARMORIAL BLUE AND WHITE PUZZLE POSSET-POT
1674, PROBABLY SOUTHWARK
Of cylindrical form with twin scroll handles applied with serpents, with double curved spouts, painted with the initials ·W·/·T·E· above the date 1674 within double circles below a fan and scrolling leaves, the arms of the Worshipful Company of Merchant Taylors either side of one spout, the spout to the reverse flanked by chinoiserie flowers (some areas of restoration to the rim and tips of spouts, filled cracks)
