Woven in wools and silks, with a Roman Emperor boarding a boat, surmounted by Victory holding a laurel crown above him and carrying palm leaves, accompanied by a soldier, the top and bottom border with medallions with figures emblematic of Justice and Water, flanked by floral garlands, within an egg-and-dart border, with minor areas of reweaving, the large wing of Victory a patch, lacking blue outer slips
