The rectangular tapering case with cove-molded hinged cover revealing a pair of tea caddy boxes each decorated with a rampant lion holding a chevron shield within a foliate surround, flanking a circular well fitted with a later cut-glass vase, the sides with gilt metal pendant ring handles and acanthus molded spherical feet, decorated overall with chinoiserie scenes
7 in. (18 cm.) high, 11½ in. (31 cm.) wide, 5½ in.(14 cm.) deep
