On medicine, Arabic manuscript on cream paper, 277ff. with 15ll. of black naskh, titles in larger script in red, opening gold illuminated shamsa folio with title of work, final folio with colophon signed Muhammad ibn Isma'il and dated 25 Jumada II 886, marginal annotations, light staining and worm damage, in tan morocco binding with gold tooled decoration
