FIVE LURISTAN BRONZE AXE HEADS

Comprising one with large flaring blade emerging from the jaws of a lion, with rounded protome at back of cut away shaft, 8 in. (20.2 cm.) long; another with shaft surmounted with a human figure being attacked by two felines, 5 in. (12.7 cm.) long; another with the shaft surmounted by a feline carrying prey in its mouth, 4¾ in. (12 cm.) long; two with long collared butt-spikes and shafts with ridged cord decoration, both 7½ in. (19 cm.) long; and a bronze dagger with later inlaid hilt, 12¼ in. (31 cm.) long (6)
