[FLOWN CHECKLIST PAGE]. Apollo 11, LM-5, Lunar Surface Checklist. NASA/MSC, 1969. A single sheet approx. 5.5 x 8 in. with page 37 and 38 from the checklist flown to the lunar surface. The checklist was the step by step procedure of lunar surface exploration plans for Armstrong and Aldrin which contained contingency plan sections. This page is from the one man EVA section and lists steps to prepare the spacesuit in the event that only one astronaut could perform the moon walk. INSCRIBED AND SIGNED BY BUZZ ALDRIN on page 37 with: "This page was flown to the surface of the Moon, Buzz Aldrin, Apollo XI" and signed "Buzz Aldrin" again on page 38, the opposite side.
