HANDWRITTEN, SIGNED LETTER BY JACKIE ROBINSON
A one page handwritten letter to a fan from Jackie Robinson explaining what it takes to be a successful ballplayer.
The letter, written in blue ink is on stationary with the heading "The Brooklyn Dodgers And Affiliated Clubs Spring Training Camp Dodgertown, Vero Beach, Florida". Centering the heading is a player swinging a bat. The letter is signed "Sincerely, Jackie Robinson". Together with the letter is a matching Brooklyn Dodgers stationary envelope postmarked in Tampa, Florida March 29, 1956 with an affixed 3 cent Liberty stamp.
