Contemporary Augsburg binding [Kyriss shop 84] of blindstamped pigskin over wooden boards, title stamped on upper cover, paper spine label, remains of two fore-edge clasps (lightly stained). Provenance: unidentified religious house near ?Ulm, a few contemporary annotations -- Donaueschingen, Court Library (sale Sotheby's 1 July 1994, lot 229).
