Cal. 12-600 AT nickel-finished lever movement stamped twice with the seal of Geneva, 30 jewels, gyromax balance, micrometer regulator, adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, 18k gold rotor, silvered matte dial with applied Arabic and baton numerals, subsidiary seconds, circular water-resistant-type case with stepped bezel, case, dial and movement signed, with an 18k gold Patek Philippe buckle

Accompanied by an Extract from the Patek Philippe Archives confirming the date of manufacture as 1958 and its subsequent sale on November 6th of the following year.

According to our research the present watch has never before appeared at auction and is one of only 32 of examples of this reference known to the market.

Patek Philippe commenced production of the reference 2584 in 1958 and produced a total of approximately 500 examples. It was replaced two years later by the reference 3435. With its waterproof-style snap on back fitting securely into the case, this model prevented humidity from entering the movement.
