Four lithographed maps on paper, printed in colour and or handcoloured, various sizes (c.380-570 x c.290-750mm), dissected into 2-8 panels (c.190 x 290mm) and mounted on linen edged with blue silk, together in a white moiré chemise and red morocco portfolio with flap, the flap with the Russian imperial eagle in gilt, the upper side lettered in gilt (slipcase with short split at one edge, chemise with small repairs at the folds and light soiling). Provenance: Nicholas II of Russia (bookplate; pencilled shelfmark, perhaps related: '63/4/5') -- A. Herenroth.
