CHINE, DYNASTIE MING (1368-1644)
Représenté assis en vajrasana, il tient dans ses mains une tige de lotus surmontée d'un manuscrit. Il est vêtu d'une longue jupe ourlée de fleurs et ceinturée à la taille. Ses épaules sont recouvertes d'une écharpe. Il est paré de bijoux, ses cheveux sont coiffés en chignon et retombent sur ses épaules. Son visage est serein et son front est ceint d'un diadème ouvragé ; non-scellée ; petite restauration.

Acquired in Japan in the 1990s.
