A general guide on medicine and pharmacology by this famous author, Arabic manuscript on paper, 102ff., each folio with 27ll. of black naskh script, titles, important words and phrases in red, with catchwords, main treatise followed by another medical treatise, two probably added colophons stating that this manuscript was copied by Sulayman bin Abi al-Huda al-Dawudi al-Muqaddasi the Keeper of the Al-Salahi Bimaristan's library in Jerusalem, and dated AH 1030, various ownership notes stating that the manuscript was in Hejaz, in stamped black binding
