Three famille rose armorial octagonal plates
Circa 1750-70
The first enamelled with the Arms of Vaughan impaling Hallowell below chain-pattern in the well and flour floral clusters to the border; the second with arms of Ferguson of Kilkerran with the motto 'Dulcius Ex Asperis' below spearheads; and the third with the arms of Nisbett below floral clusters -- all about 8 5/8in. (22cms) wide, (all with minor chips).
