Both composition and brass bound, with leather handles and central locks, the larger with yellow and blue stripe and the monogram 'V.W.' to the exterior, both fitted with linen luggage straps

The first with lock stamped 'LOUIS VUITTON, MADE IN FRANCE' and numbered 1071270, the interior with paper label printed 'LOUIS VUITTON, AVE MARCEAU 78 BIS PARIS, NICE. 2 AVE DE SUÈDE' and numbered 971906; the second with lock stamped 'LOUIS VUITTON, MADE IN FRANCE' and numbered 178789, the interior with paper label printed 'LOUIS VUITTON, AVE MARCEAU 78 BIS PARIS, NICE. 2 AVE DE SUÈDE' and numbered 981977 (2)
