Larumbe's device on title and p5 verso, woodcut armorial on A8v. (Browned and waterstained, margins close cut with occasional loss of catch-letters and words.) Later tree sheep with gilt supralibros and flat spine with repeated fleuron, red edges (one corner repaired, a little rubbed and scuffed, a few wormholes, spine darkened). (Closed tears into text in quires I and M, smaller repairs elsewhere, P7 soiled at corner, occasional creasing.) Red morocco by Brugalla, 1941, gilt spine-lettering and supralibros, gilt turn-ins and edges, marbled endpapers (tightly sewn). Provenance: purchased from José Porter, 1941, then rebound.
