Late 16th Century
Of russet steel, with long tubular cuff with turned inner edges, metacarpus of five boxed lames, knuckle plate embossed with a prominent cabled bar, five articulated boxed lames over the fingers, and the forward plate with turned roped edge (the thumb plate missing).
