Opaque pigments heightened with gold on paper, facing the viewer, in full imperial regalia with intricate and richly set turban with gold and pearl sarpech, a gold drop-shaped medallion with inscription black nasta'liq script to his left, 2ll. of black nasta'liq script below attributing the painting to Mirza Baba and giving the date of AH 1212, within oval white borders with black stylised foliate motifs, within pink margins, within gold and blue rules, framed and glazed
