The tondo with a warrior running to the right, a shield in his right hand, his left arm bent back, wearing a crested helmet; each side of the exterior with horsemen alternating with armed hoplites, all moving to the right, each hoplite looking back, holding a large shield, one side with a seated draped figure to the left; extensive vines and grape clusters in the field, an ivy leaf below each handle, some details in added red
