A Voyage to the South Sea ... in His Majesty's Ship the Bounty ... including an account of the mutiny on board the said ship. London: George Nicol, 1792. 4° (300 x 230mm). Engraved portrait frontispiece and 7 engraved plates, plans and charts, 5 of which folding. (Occasional light spotting and offsetting, title more heavily affected, one folding plan of the Bounty's launch torn just into plate image and lightly creased and soiled, but without loss.) Contemporary calf, flat spine with six compartments ruled in gilt, red and black lettering-pieces to second and fourth, green edges (worn, covers detached, head- and tailcaps slightly defective). Provenance: Edward, Lord Harewood (engraved armorial bookplate).
