With rebrowned twist octagonal sighted barrels, case-hardened patent breeches (one with some pitting) each with two platinum lines and pierced platinum plug, scroll engraved case-hardened tangs each incorporating the back-sight, signed scroll engraved case-hardened locks, engraved safety-catches, figured walnut half-stocks (minor bruising), chequered butts, scroll engraved blued trigger-guards, silver escutcheons and barrel-bolt escutcheons, set triggers, horn fore-end caps, brass-mounted ramrods, and some original finish: in later brass-mounted fitted case of highly figured walnut lined with red baize, with various associated accessories, Birmingham proof marks
