The white-enamelled dial with Roman chapters and Arabic numerals, signed BRILLE/A PARIS, with pierced hands set with simulated diamonds, the movement with silk-suspended pendulum and outside countwheel strike on bell, the bezel with further simulated diamonds, within a drum case surrounded by a wreath of laurel and surmounted by an urn, supported by a lion, above a canted rectangular engraved base with an entrelac frieze hung with berried laurel swags, restorations
