The hood with outset columns and the trunk with chamfered angles, 12 in. wide painted dial with Roman and Arabic chapter ring, crossed minute track, date and seconds rings, signed Robert ...1811, the arch with figure of Britannia with a ship and inscribed HOPE, pinned directly to the eight day movement with four pillars, anchor escapement and rack strike on bell -- 84 in. (218 cm.) high
