Circa 1745, probably Ferdinando Maria Campani
Painted with Bacchus carrying his Thyrsus flanked by two Maenads, one blowing on trumpets, the other with a tambourine, before a fortified town and distant mountains, within a manganese line and ochre rim (chip to rim at 2 o'clock, cracks to glaze at centre, very slight flaking to rim)
9¾ in. (24.9 cm.) diam.
