Arabesque title-border with grotesque heads, verso with woodcut medallion portrait of the author attributed to Bernard Salomon, Diana head-piece, two large criblé initial, woodcut printer's device at end. (Some dampstaining at end, ink stain to blank margin of d2v, some ink underscoring to text). Modern vellum.

It includes an explanation of the Copernican system, but the author does not commit himself to that system, in order to avoid offending religious views.
