On 26 January, 2023 during the Paris Haute Couture week, Didier Ludot will auction 150 pieces from his personal collection at a live auction at Artcurial in collaboration with Christie’s. A further 150 items will be offered for auction in an online sale from 19 to 31 January. All of them have been carefully selected during his 48-year career as an antique dealer in Haute Couture. His boutique, well known in the Palais Royal, has acquired an international reputation among elegant women, fashion professionals, museums and institutions. Alongside the unavoidable Alaïa, Balenciaga, Balmain, Chanel, Dior, Grès or Saint Laurent who no longer have any secrets for him, Didier Ludot reveals a more intimate and secret side of his taste with designers he adores: Jean Dessès, Marc Vaughan or Rudi Gernreich.
