Our partnership

Studio in a School

studio in a school

Christie’s has a longstanding partnership with Studio in a School, a non-profit founded in 1977 by Agnes Gund. Studio in a School fosters the creative and intellectual development of New York City youth through quality visual arts programs, directed by arts professionals. The organisation also collaborates with and develops the ability of those who provide or support arts programming and creative development for youth both in and outside of schools.

For many years, Christie’s has hosted Young Visions, an exhibition of artworks from students across all five boroughs of NYC and select cities across the nation who benefit from Studio’s arts programs. During the pandemic, we hosted digital exhibitions for Studio on our website, helping to promote students works online. We’re proud to continually work with Studio in a School, supporting their work in New York and beyond.
