一般而言我们会接管。但在某些司法管辖区内，若法律条款允许，客户可继续拥有艺术抵押品所有权。

Damian Leslie
Regional Portfolio Manager, EMEA
Damian Leslie is based in London as Regional Portfolio Manager for EMEA. Damian brings over 25 years’ experience in finance across private banking, wealth management and art lending. He is focused on providing specialist advice on leveraging passion investments, including fine art, design, jewellery, watches and wine to collectors, families, estates, galleries and dealers across EMEA.
Prior to joining Christie’s, he spent the last 11 years specialising in art-backed lending to ultra-high net worth and corporate clients across Europe and Asia and the preceding 14 years in private banking and wealth management with Coutts and NatWest.
Damian graduated with honours, from Imperial College, University of London with a Bachelor of Science degree and is RDR level 6 qualified.

Alisha Bansal
Art Finance Director, Americas
Alisha Bansal is a Director with Christie’s Art Finance based in the Americas. She is focused on developing and executing art finance opportunities across the Americas, working closely with colleagues and clients to originate and structure lending solutions, deepening client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the Art Finance business. Alisha joined Christie’s in 2021 and most recently served as Associate Vice President, Senior Business Manager for 20/21 Private Sales leading complex transactions, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration across the Americas. Additionally, she has supported auctions across multiple departments with a focus on developing online auction strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Economics and Art History from Barnard College, Columbia University.

Art Finance Manager, EMEA
Edmund Bernard is Art Finance Manager, EMEA. Based in Christie’s King Street headquarters in London, Edmund handles loan originations from across the EMEA region. He joined Christie’s in 2014 and has over a decade of experience across business development, appraisals, and the financial and strategic management of the President’s Office.
Edmund is FGA qualified and has a First Class degree in English Literature from Durham University.

Aden Horowitz
Associate
Aden Horowitz is an Associate for Christie’s Art Finance. In this role, Aden provides quantitative and strategic analysis to support global portfolio management, growth initiatives, and loan syndication. Aden joined CAF in January 2025 and is based in New York.
Prior to joining Christie’s Art Finance, Aden worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in Barclays’ Financial Institutions Group. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Jasmine Li
Senior Counsel
Jasmine Li is Senior Counsel for Christie’s Art Finance, based in New York. In this role, Jasmine leads legal matters relating to loan originations and portfolio management. Prior to Christie’s, Jasmine was Special Counsel at Milbank LLP, where she advised on private credit lending transactions.
Jasmine is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and received a Certificate in Management from The Wharton School.

Carson Lau
Counsel
Carson Lau is a Counsel for Christie’s Art Finance, based in London, and is responsible for overseeing all legal matters relating to loans made to borrowers based in the EMEA and APAC regions.
Carson joined Christie’s in 2024. He began his career at Clifford Chance, specializing in banking and finance. He gained further experience and specialisation at Alcentra, a credit fund, followed by his time with Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
Carson received a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the City University of Hong Kong and holds a juris doctor from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
