Louis Vuitton Speedy

Introduced in 1930, the Louis Vuitton Speedy distilled the house’s travel heritage into a compact bag, designed for everyday use. First issued in 30cm, the line soon expanded into 35cm and 40cm alongside the now-iconic Speedy 25 — created after Audrey Hepburn asked the fashion house in 1965 for a smaller iteration.

The 2011 Speedy Bandoulière added a detachable strap, refining the bag’s versatility. Available in materials from Monogram canvas to Epi leather, the Speedy endures as a defining emblem of Louis Vuitton — timeless, functional and instantly recognisable.
