On 30 September in New York, Christie’s presents the Post-War to Present auction, the premier platform for today’s leading artistic voices and celebrated figures of the post-war period. Offering fresh perspectives on figuration and abstraction through the lens of contemporary artists, such as George Condo, Matthew Wong, Ernst Yohji Jaeger and Yu Nishimura, the sale also features pioneering artists of the post-war era, such as Joan Mitchell, Alexander Calder, Alice Neel, Frank Stella, Sam Gilliam and Jack Whitten.
